Right of withdrawal from the contract (14 days)
Regardless of our 30-day return policy, as a consumer you have the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason (Art. 27 of the Consumer Rights Act). You can submit a withdrawal statement online using our withdrawal form. Our 30-day return policy is an additional, voluntary convenience beyond this statutory period.
You have 30 days from the date of receiving the order to report a return.
We accept returns of products in their original condition – unworn, unused, and in complete packaging.
How to report a return
Contact us at info@ionotix.com, providing your order number. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
- The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
- Returns must be sent by registered mail with a tracking number.
Exclusions: The following products are non-returnable:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Personal hygiene products or cosmetics if opened.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned package, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that in some cases, the bank or payment operator may require additional time to process the funds.
Order issues
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or not as expected, contact us immediately at info@ionotix.com, providing your order number and photos of the issue.
We will quickly resolve the matter by arranging a product exchange or a full refund.
