Refund policy

Right to withdraw from the contract (14 days)

Regardless of our 30-day return policy, as a consumer you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason (Article 27 of the Consumer Rights Act). You may submit your withdrawal statement online using our contract withdrawal form. Our 30-day return policy is an additional, voluntary benefit beyond this statutory period.

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

We accept returns of products in their original condition - unworn, unused, and in complete packaging.

How to request a return
Contact us at info@ionotix.com, providing your order number. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • The return must be sent by registered mail with a tracking number.

Where to send the return
Returns may be sent exclusively to our return address in China. Once the return has been approved, our team will email you the full address, so please do not send anything before receiving this message.

Our Polish company address is not a return address. Packages sent to the Polish address will not be accepted and will be rejected.

Exclusions: The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or made-to-measure products.
  • Personal hygiene products or cosmetics if they have been opened.

Exchanges
Do you need a different size, color, or model? We will be happy to help with an exchange - simply mention this in your message.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the shipment, we will refund the funds to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that in some cases, the bank or payment provider may need additional time to credit the funds.

Problems with your order
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or not as expected, contact us promptly at info@ionotix.com, providing your order number and photos of the issue.
We will resolve the matter quickly by arranging a product exchange or a full refund.
