Refund policy
You have 30 days from the date of receiving the order to request a return.
We accept returns of products in their original condition – unworn, unused, and in complete packaging.
How to request a return
Contact us at info@ionotix.com, providing your order number. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
- Returns must be sent by registered mail with a tracking number.
Exclusions: The following products are non-returnable:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Personal hygiene products or cosmetics if they have been opened.
Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or model? We are happy to help with an exchange – just mention it in your message.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the package, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that in some cases, the bank or payment operator may require additional time to process the funds.

We will quickly resolve the issue by arranging a product exchange or a full refund.
