Do you offer free delivery?
Every order, free delivery. No thresholds, no limits.
How long does delivery take?
Your order will arrive within 3–7 business days (Mon–Fri) from the time of shipment. Once the package is on its way, you will receive a tracking link from us.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship orders both within Poland and to the United Kingdom.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return products, provided they have not been worn, washed, and remain in their original condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. To start a return, contact us at info@ionotix.com
Exclusions: The following products are non-returnable:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Personal hygiene products or cosmetics if opened.
How long does the refund take?
After receiving and approving the return, we will refund the amount within 7 business days. Depending on the bank, it may take a little longer for the payment to appear in your account.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro cards, as well as through Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Blik. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
